Cold start with custom tune misfires on 4-5 cylinders

Shoup Log Rev 6.15.2 and v27 Reflex 550cc map Cold Start and Idle and multi gear pull
Data log with Cold start Idle, Multi gear pull as well as single gear pull. Car started to stumble later in the cold start idle log when temperature got above 160*. Also, car had another MHD007 code, so apparently the Reflex firmware did not fix this issue.
