When I went WOT, for a brief moment I thought wth is going on? because the car wasn't pulling but soon after that I could feel it's gradually pulling off. I stopped on a shoulder to check the log and found a super knock code in cylinder #2 (https://ibb.co/5FfstcH). It looks like the timing correction from 6500rpm couldn't be fixed so the DME threw a code. The throttle closure and timing corrections early on would also explain the loss of low-end torque I felt. This might be unrelated but the ambient temperature was freezing so the ethanol/water mix might not have been atomizing well enough. Better safe than sorry so I decided not to take a second log before I get a reply.

Log #1 was in D mode. #2 was in S mode. I could feel the pedal response has gotten sharper. I first thought it's too sensitive but I got used to it quickly. The Aquamist system was triggered somewhere in the second log (It is set to trigger at 39% fuel injector duty cycle of #1 injector).
