Overall: Good improvement, I have been driving it a bit more, bit harder and I was paying more attention to it. so here is it:
1) When starting (Cold) I can feel few jolts and kicks, sounds like knock. After idling for maybe 10 seconds or so it completely settles down. RPM is steady and no surge or fluttering even in stop-go traffic.
2) Acceleration in low RPM (1k - 3k) is smoother but there is still a bit of hesitation and inconsistency. I'm not referring to turbo lag. I wouldn't call it choppy, just a bit hesitant and inconsistent throughout this rev-range. For a split second it feels power drops off, If I try to correct it by step on a gas a bit, then it picks up more than expected.
3) I set Throttle response back to default. 1M is OFF, Linear throttle is OFF. However I still have almost the same inconsistency at take-off. In normal driving I usually take off right around 1000-1200 RPM. There is plenty of times that I go to 1500-2000 trying to compensate because of the hesitation/inconsistency. It feels power drops then all of a sudden it’s there. Feels like I’m beginner and learning to drive stick. At first I thought it’s twin-disc clutch but similar hesitation is felt in low range RPM during normal driving. I was trying to log it but I haven’t been able to predict when it’s going to happen.
4) Acceleration above 3k RPM is smoother as well. Consistency is much better than low RPM.
5) One thing I noticed is that Up shifting to 3rd and stepping on it feels much more natural then shifting from 4th to 3rd and then stepping on it. Even though both scenarios are in the same rev range, lets say 3rd gear 4k RPM, when downshifting there is some sort of vibration for second or two until it settles in, then its back to normal.
