 3rd-4thSecond log I left off throttle after shifting to 4th (car cut out and I heard the BOV) then go back in it WOT and experienced the same thing

3rd-4th WOT Car cut out after getting back on the gas after shifting 3rd-4th. Threw a CEL for MHD006 - ReFlex Aux Pressure Low.

Cold start Cold start in 45°F weather. Threw 2BEB - Fuel-Air mixture too rich, large deviation, and 2C42 - Mixture control, multiple fault. Idle was fine though

Cold and warm starts Cold start is better, but runs rough in the beginning and throws misfire codes.
Warm start is better as well, but still has a mis for a split second after restarting the car.

Warm restart Drove the car, warmed up. Turn car off and restarted. Car idles normal for a bit, stumbles for a few seconds, then back to normal. Consistent w/ every warm restart.
