3rd-4th Second log I left off throttle after shifting to 4th (car cut out and I heard the BOV) then go back in it WOT and experienced the same thing

3rd-4th WOT Car cut out after getting back on the gas after shifting 3rd-4th. Threw a CEL for MHD006 - ReFlex Aux Pressure Low.
