We're seeing rock-solid fueling with lambda holding steady between 0.81-0.83 (right where we want it), and that new pump is delivering a consistent 8.2-8.5A - smooth as butter! Your boost is holding steady at 14.2-14.8 PSI with peaks hitting 15.8 PSI, and that wastegate duty cycle is sitting pretty at 85-87%. Timing's looking healthy with 8-10° advance at peak torque and minimal knock retard (-0.75° to -1.25°).
HERE'S WHAT WE CAN PUSH, PARTNER:
BOOST CONTROL: That wastegate duty has headroom - we can safely push another 1-1.5 PSI with your current setup
TIMING: With those clean knock numbers, we've got room to advance 0.5-1° more
REDLINE: Your temps are stellar (IATs only +12°C over ambient, oil at 92°C) - we could extend that power band
SPOOL: With that clean 2800 RPM onset, we might squeeze some earlier spool

This earlier pull from the same session shows identical fueling behavior, confirming this isn't a heat-soak or transient issue. Looking at 12:31:16 data, we see the same lean tendency under load, but something interesting appears - the initial lambda control is slightly better at the beginning of the pull. This suggests the fuel system has capacity but is struggling with sustained demand.
Comparing all logs from this session (12:31, 12:34, and 12:35), we're seeing a consistent pattern:
Initial fueling adequate
Progressive lean condition under sustained load
DME maxing corrections unsuccessfully
Boost control remaining stable
ANALYSIS: Your fuel system appears to be at its flow capacity limit with E20 demands. The consistency across multiple pulls, regardless of timing, strongly suggests hardware limitations rather than tuning issues.
NEXT STEPS: Install both pumps together
Re-baseline with 93 tune first
Then progress to E20/E30 testing
This gives proper headroom for current setup and future Pure P600 |
