4/6 - Track Day SCDA Log 1 - Stage 2 EQT HPFP Upgrade 93oct One hood vent installed, all seems well on 93oct with new injectors so need to test out E85 on the stock LPFP for next time. Also need to install second hood vent, all the rear stuff including diffuser/rotors/pads/coilovers and switch to E85. Engine looks great so stage 2 + HPFP upgrade + 93oct + stock LPFP is working fine, did get a cylinder 2 misfire code alongside the front O2 sensor with low voltage so may need to replace that. |
3/29 Track - 93oct HPFP EQT Stage 2 - Cleaned Injectors - eBay IC - No Verus Aero Autotech HPFP and stock LPFP is great running 93oct so will need to see with E85 tuning, NGK 7437-8 (1-step colder) plugs with zero knock and EQT grounding kit, IATs are high (+30 on track at best) and need to get that down with engine bay heat mgmt (hood louvers + block plate to start, maybe heat tape?), upgraded HPFP good at max RPM so that is functional as well with zero dips. First session with cleaned injectors and manual carbon clean, no issues at all at WOT. |
