Idle drops when rolling to a stop. Rpm setpoint is 950. The car stayed in this weird state at 700rpm almost as if it was off. Gas pedal didn't do anything. Despite 700rpm being a perfectly well idle rpm setpoint, the car audibly and physically felt like it was struggling to stay running which is odd because the logs doesn't show anything I can pinpoint as out of whack.

4.5g of e85 winter blend Car pulled strong to the mid-range where a throttle closure has been occurring... followed by a pop like a blown out tire. Probably blew a piece of charge piping... cars not building boost.

Logs look similar to previous logs There is torque limiter in action at high rpm before I even begin to shift.
