After Fix Ok, I put the car on the lift, messed with the wastegate actuator to make sure it was functional and verified all vacuum lines were in place. Then I reflashed the DME with the latest map from Wedge. The car fired up, ran fine, drove it lightly for 5 miles, brought it home, changed the oil in the car, warmed it up, drove light for 5 miles then got a couple runs in no issues, in fact, that car feels faster. Weird. Anyway here are the logs. I was trying to catch one to replicate the problem but the car just worked. Anyway - needless to say, I think what happened was I didn't let the car warm up completely, got in on the freeway, and lit it up, when I dropped the pedal to the floor turbo spooled up hard pushed the wastegate open, and just got stuck there. The hypothesis would be consistent with the codes and failing the smoke test performed at the shop. I has to manually push the rod open and closed and that seem to fix it. If it happens again, The wastegate Actuator is where I will start.

Diagnostic Scan SCAN ON 8/10/21
Explanation:
After a 60 Mile drive, Thermostat Light went on, then emergency notification went on asking to shut the engine down so it could cool off. Let it cool, noticed radiator fan was very loud, almost sounded obstructed. After 15 min., started car, drove back home (60 Miles) no problems. - Below are the codes pulled from the ECU at the time of error.
- DME active codes -
29D8 - Intake air temperature - charge air temperature, comparison: Intake air temperature too high.
377A - Engine cooling system: coolant pump switched off due to blockage.
3792 - Engine cooling system: Coolant pump speed outside of tolerance.
3876 - Power management: central undervoltage.
- DME shadow (inactive) codes -
290A - Intake air temperature sensor: Multiple fault.
2BDE - Fuel high pressure during fuel injection release: Pressure too low.
2BF0 Kraftstoffhochdruck bei oder nach Freigabe der Einspritzung (2. Umweltbedingungssatz nach Zeitverzögerung): Druck zu niedrig

Track Day Log - 10 Lap Fontana AAuto Club Speedway When hitting top speed on straight away, injector 5 shut off, had to restart the engine to reset. This happened 3 times, the same injector all in the same type of scenario, car at top speed (145-160mph) fully pinned. Besides that which I am hoping we can either diagnose and fix via the tune and boost or determine if I have a bad injector or messed something up in the fueling. I left the log on for all 10 laps, so there should be quite a bit to comb through.
