New injectors, after resetting lean bank code

I had 5 leaky injectors that were finally throwing a misfire code on Cyl 1. Swapped to Index 12, codes with INPA and after fixing a vacuum leak, started getting a lean and mixture code when driving easy for ~20 min. This log is a couple third gear pulls - of course no codes. Running Stage 2 Aggresive Cobb tune with FMIC, catless down pipes, BOV, stainless charge pipe.
