93 Octane

So I’m still having lurching/rpm fluctuations while cruising. I did the lamda/ throttle oscillation fix through mhd to fix air to fuel ratio. I just recently swapped back to botch spark plugs and did the b58 coil pack conversion. I have not done the bimmergeek pro tool. Would the pro tool be the next step to fix this? Could it be because I don’t have a spool for the hpfp? Do I need to invest in flex fuel. Sorry about all the questions I’m just trying to get it sorted before hurting something.
