Continuation of “no boost “

I do hear a rattle, I checked the wastegate and it was stiff and no movement .I did not physically seen the wastegate open up. Vaccum lines are good and I've replaced one already. Itest the solenoid it hold boost. I'm kind of lost. No Check engine light

Car runs good but has room to run better
