i apply more throttle and the car shifts early and bogs

Rough Idle (in gear, holding the brake simulating a stop at a red light, rpm stick dancing a little with a rough idle sound coming from engine)
Stage 1 OTS 91 & 2 gal E85 half tank burned 65f out
Seems to be clearing up put too much E85 will try 1 gallon next time
Updated went through half a tank 66 outside
