Few pulls, some with antilag. Believe wastegate isn’t functioning

Driving and pulls

First tune. Car pulls well. Strong pull from initial and feels like it tapers down as it climbs in RPM. The car does go into limp mode during regular spirited driving triggering code 30FE and 3100. This only happens if I accelerate with less than full pedal or more than resting my foot on the pedal for normal driving.
