Car feels like it hits a brick wall at 3k rpm and still seems a little rich

I switched back to V5. V6 and V7 were undrivable under normal driving conditions, this log caused a 30FF low boost code while driving under light acceleration. The same issue I am having during cold starts happens while I'm driving.

I’m using 92 fuel switching the plugs for step colder tonight as well as doing an oil change car is running rich as well isn’t building a whole lot of boost getting a couple codes like boost pressure overrun as well as 02 sensor codes car feels healthy
