Rev-1.15 test hits HPFP dips related to DME request TB closures ?
theory-craft :
* WGDC base value intersects and load req values cause DME to request throttle closures.
* Throttle closures may induce hpfp dips
* DME may be reducing EKP duty
Solution-craft :
* reduce ~8% base WGDC from 3500-4500 rpm
* increase fuel delivery ~ 8% in 3000-4500 rpm range during spooll
