Test A Car is running rough, vibrations and not making power at high rpm. Feels like fueling but not getting consistent codes.

Pull 3 - 3rd gear Car has generally been inconsistent in pulls. Sometimes it rips, sometimes it feels like it’s not putting down the power. But my rpms have “seemed” steady.
Note: I upped the WG spring and have NOT added sensitivity in or gain.
