Wastegate solenoid plugged in this time Car still feels like it pulls very strong all the way through the powerband without any drops in power. Side note: Notice sometimes that during pulls a slight lift off the throttle can sometimes cause a more than expected loss in power very suddenly.

Car feels overall very smooth. Car was rough on idle until I turned off cold starts. Have the idle now set at 750 no more rough idle. Power builds at 3200 all the way to 7000. No dips in power anywhere in the rpm range.
