anything look off? feels almost like really bad misfires under 3k rpms. its stuttering/hesitating then it lags and goes again.

misfire? whats the problem here i am getting a hesitation/ stuttering really bad sometimes under 3k rpm. then it lags and its fine again. whats goin on here. it feels like massive misfires.
