Fuel issue sorted! Added Midnight Motorsports fogR900 kit.
Just ACN91, NO +~1GAL OF E85 LIKE USUAL.
Rail pressure tank fixed.
Timing corrections everywhere.

Changed rail. Same issue Bored rail inlet and outlet holes with spare rail. Still tanking psi at 5500rpm.
