Fixed boost leaks pressure tested and more re-attempted run. Still peaked at 16psi

Much lower boost and overall output, flashed back to V3. Ran OK a little smoother than V3 but very down on power and slight surging.

Car pulled and drove well, very similar to 93 fill-up. No trouble starting or any misfires. 1 pull included a 3rd to 4th, the other a full 3rd accel and decel 2500RPM
