FBO w/ Stock Turbo (is20.) On Arob's 13th revision.
Map 2 comparison of previous 2 part HPFP Test. Filled up tank with 93 and 2 gallons of E85, resulting in a rough mixture of e15 ish.
Test yields semi-similar results to map 3 test. Right around 4200 rpm fuel pressure dips to about 172 but car doesn't cut. Fuel pressure stays relatively consistent for rest of log. Will have to test map 3 on a lower ethanol content (93 octane) at a later time to 100% confirm ethanol is to much for pos HPFP

Part 2 of HPFP Test.
Filled up tank with 93 and 2 gallons of E85, resulting in a rough mixture of e15 ish.
Test yields semi-inconsistent results, fuel pressure seems to be fine initially, it takes a small dip around 4200 rpm to 170 but car doesn't cut. Right around 4800 rpm it takes a bigger dip to around 140 and cuts. |

FBO w/ Stock Turbo (is20.) On Arob's 13th revision. Been a lot of offline testing, determined hpfp might be weak after lpfp was upgraded, SAI system was also deleted as valve was stuck open from carbon deposits. This is a general test to see if the car is able to handle map 3 right now. Also maps 1-3 are now flex enabled as the IE flex kit has been installed.
(STRONG HYPOTHESIS THAT HPFP CANT HOLD ANYTHING ABOVE E10, WILL CONTINUE TESTING)

FBO w/ Stock Turbo (is20.) On Arob's fifth revision (skipped fourth while figuring out knock issue.) 3rd gear sport mode 3k-5k rpm pull on map 1. Maps have been setup, 1-3 are 93 octane low/mid/high boost, maps 4-5 are e30 low/high boost. Knock issue has been solved, broken wire on harness from knock sensor to ecu pin. Also replaced leaking crappy continental injectors with oem 2017 gti Bosch injectors. Next revision will have the sauce ;)

Sport mode 60-110 pull about 11.57 seconds.
No/less knock?!?!
Was advised that after reflash of ecu/first log typically displays more knock, knock sensor go through a sort of "recalibration process."
