Third and 4th gear pull Boost stays below or at boost target I'm not sure if it was supposed to go higher than boost target with the WGDC setting.

Third gear log number 2 The boost problem is fixed for the most part it mostly stays at 20 psi instead of 22 but its a lot better than it was.
