2200 rpm to 5k 3rd gear E54

2k to 6500 Log E54
Fixed all boost leaks, checked and reset wastegate to ensure proper closure at appropriate vacuum.
Replaced wastegate vacuum line, looked for signs of soot from manifold for possible pre-turbo leak (none found). 5th revision.

Spooling at 4K Slightly faster spool, target boost and actual are way off before 4K.
