Datalog 1 includes rising RPM when in gear with clutch in. When gear selector is pulled into neutral, surging stops. Datalog 2 includes rpm hunting from 900rpm - 1600rpm. Present at any speed, only when clutch is in and gear is selected. If gear is pulled back to neutral, hunting stops.
