This Datalog shows manual shift timings in a 335xi with Alpina B3 TCU. It looks like up shifts are all about 0.6-0.7 seconds. Down shifts 6-5, 5-4, and 4-3 are much faster at about 0.25 seconds. 3-2 was longer at 0.7 seconds. PTF E40.
