WOT getting shuttering / hesitation / step / feels like misfire but no cel between 2000 to 4000 rpm . Chased codes replacing hpfp lpfp and vacuum lines / boost solenoid was able to clear 30ff and codes for fuel pumps , what next ?

2010 BMW 335xi manual 133k miles.4th gear WOT between 2000-4000 rpm I'm getting a shuttering/misfire /stepping hesitation after car comes to temperature which throws code 30ff dme turbocharger air pressure too low. The hesitation always occurs , and the likelihood of the 30ff code goes down with colder outside temps. Car also has reoccurring 29f4-dme catalytic converter conversion and 29f5 (same as previous code with a 2).
