v5 TBI MAXBoost motorway steady steady cruising motorway, no wot

I8A0S RR600 99ron TBI MAXBoost MT v5 cruising 70mph cruising at around 70mph on the motorway and car didn't feel right. Had a steady throttle and even in cruise control felt like the car was revving and surging only very slightly by itself, possibly a fuel or injector related issue
