one has linear throttle one does not

The log where I am boosting around 15ish psi, the car misfired. It threw the code 29cf misfiring cylinder 3 The log after the car appears to be in low boost mode, as it targets 9ish psi tops. Car had thrown these codes as well: 3100 Low boost mode engaged 2ABC Charging pressure sensor, electrical On forums, it looks to be a charge pipe leak.. If any one can help me narrow it down that would be much appreciated.
