Palmer (63f) Supposedly Day 2 session 3, but ambient don't make sense for day 2 at all... re-check with trackaddict

Palmer 10-16-16 63f Running with ducted engine bay. Under hood temps were much cooler. Intake tube and cold-side charge-pipe were 30-40f cooler where duct dumps.
