Testing new HPFP replaced HPFP and installed LPFP EKP bypass. Still getting dips to 500# rail pressure at high throttle with minor sputtering. No HPFP codes this time.

Suspect HPFP failing Normal driving throttle use is fine. Step on it and you can see rail pressure drop.
