Under full throttle car feels sluggish can't even get a boost reading it shows 2psi and under throttle position it shows 2 or 8% its in the log. Under partial throttle it pulls hard and its boosting 18psi ia there anything you can do to revise this base tune and have the car run like its supposed to. Thank you
