V2.3_ecu stg 2 gear4 Adjust pop and ignition timing

LC issues unexpected shifting 2-3

One of the runs had slight wheel spin from hitting a bump in the road .

Over all the base stock tune seems to be better mapping between gears and not as jumpy. My coolant temps stay lower than usual and over all way better throttle response in general. Also noticed the 92 Octane isn't a choice on this drop down so I put ron97.
