Felt Very slow weird supercharger noise top of third

Ignore one of the irregularities near the end of a run - hit a nasty patch on a road and lost traction for a moment. No misfires, CEL, or codes. Installed 3.5bar TMAP for these runs.

Slight lumpiness on acceleration in the mid-low end. Boost and torque actual are also uneven in the logs. Maybe related? Suspecting a boost leak as targets aren't met. Misfire on C1 (CEL illuminated at about 7krpm on the 21_12_03 log and rough engine - cylinder deactivation until the fault cleared). Stored C1 CEL from the logs on 4.8.24. Plugs? ILZKBR7B 8G gapped to 0.22in w/ ~ 2k on them. Injectors and coils have less than 5k on them. Nothing else in stored codes and engine feels not unusual going up the revs. Lost the cylinder after letting go of the throttle.
