Rail pressure starts 2500 then dips to 1500 at redline. Brand new HPFP and confirmed that the reflex injectors are firing. What could be the issue ?

Car felt good on both data logs 16psi and 18psi log are attached

335is DCT, with 17T, DI+PI, running custom Wedge tune. DCT has Dodson Sportsman Plus clutches. At the drag strip, 1->2 shift seemed like the DCT didn't like it and it triggered a torque limit 4. In MHD if I target anything over 16psi in 2nd it does a torque limit.
