Breaking up loss of power

Car is breaking up pretty bad anything other than map 1 these days. Brand new FCP Euro index 12's, brand new Coils, Bosch plugs, swapped coils and plugs around to see if it moves from cylinder 6 and it doesn't. Zero timing corrections on cylinder 6 but eventually breaks up and starts missing. Might be another cylinder causing the trims to go negative and then 6 misfires but whatever it is, 6 is what eventually gets the CEL.
