Felt like a naturally aspirated 98 honda civic until halfway through 4th gear then boost randomly spiked to 46 psi then just fell on its face

Pull on map 2 of current calibration
Car pulls amazingly and continues to pull into the higher RPM range. Just wanted to see if there was any more headroom in the turbos. If so, would we be able to add any more or do you feel this is the top of what is available?
