Not hitting boost target on any of the 4 map slots.

Just curious if anything looks abnormal on the datalogger. Was doing some pulls and the vehicle feels like it hits a wall in the higher rpm’s. Not sure if it’s fuel cut happening

Completely warmed up car idling, then shutting the car off.
