Wastegate Only still overboosting

Corrected log parameters.

Not sure why ethanol reads 100% its using the flexfuel+ from motiv through can. Idle isnt rough but has a little mis sound. Lifting off the throttle with clutch in while cruising causes it to pop and die if you dont give it throttle. Ensured that the 15psi spring is in the gate but still only getting 11 psi unplugged
