Low boost pulling a lot of fuel

DTC off, Burble off. 2k-7k. When doing these logs, I max at 18.6psi for boost. But when I log a multi-gear pull it’s hitting target or within 1psi of target. So I think it’s good? When I hit about 80mph when doing a pull, it feels like there’s a lag then it picks up again.
