The car feels like it’s surging in power when just barley on throttle

DA 1293ft, elevation 1253ft, Ambient temp 54 degrees, 48% humidity

72 degrees ambient temperature, Density altitude 2984ft, elevation 1749ft, 37% humidity

Care made 613whp at 630wtq but i think the throttle closed on the top end. Im not too familiar with the boost controllers so might need to adjust, please advice
