Car broke up at high rpm and started misfiring.

Car shuts off at idle with warm and cold

Is it normal to be 4 psi under target boost and also not hit required load ?

Happens at higher rpm( 3500+) only when boost kicks in

no power at all, rough start takes a couple seconds to start up and the a weird idle seems a bit higher and drawn out cold start.
