Super knock code cyl 3. Cyl 1 misfire mid pull. blew up testing fogr controller issues, dead cylinder(assuming cyl. 3)

(3) Pulls in this log - (1) 4-5 pull and (2) 3-5 pulls. All 3 felt very strong. The last pull had a little throttle / torque limiter intervention right before the 4-5 shift (6600 rpm) that I could slightly feel.

Fueling issue, fogr not providing additional fuel correctly. Fogr set to map5, where there was previously no issue.
