misfires running 60% ethanol

Logged post e50 flash with fixed misfire.

I reset LTFTs right before making this run to ensure STFT accuracy. The E50 tune is pretty much done so I wanted to adjust the fuel map to create more headroom in the STFTs. A long pull through 4th gear with reset LTFTs seemed like the most accurate way to do it.
