Changes to MHD 5.2+ to reduce DI and correct fuel rail crashing

Just installed dual lpfp and filled up. E content is actually E47. 1st data log ended with a drivetrain malfunction for misfires.

The car feels great using antilag. It builds past boost target by about 3 psi while antilag is active and has to close throttle to meet target. Slight traction issues in the cold unrelated to the tune.

No traction issues. The car ran through the gears well even in cold weather.

The car feels good and holds pretty close to 27 psi
