Seemed to cold start fine here but then almost stalled going into gear

Customer says that it looks like the secondary pump is not turning on. It's connected to Aux in Reflex.

Believe I added too much e85 as I wasn’t testing the content at the pump so this was probably above e50 and the car threw a misfire code on cylinders 4 and 5 this happened on 11/25 since then i ran a tank of 93 and am now running a properly mixed e40 tank
