My N54 needs your help!

I'm not sure what has been going on with my car. I think one of the turbos has failed, but they only have 36k miles on them. They were working fine, boosting and holding around 17psi on other logs, and now this. Anyone have experience with this? FBO minus charge pipe and DVs (Visually Inspected and appear OK).
