added 1.5 gallon 93 oct to bring E content down

continuing to flatten boost (quicker spool up and removed boost spike). I also lowered boost a little past 6500rpm to see if we can get HPFP up. I also leaned it out a bit up top 2 3rd gear and 1 2nd-3rd gear WOT

3rd gear increased boost in the lower RPM so that its more flatlined and also implanted the normal E30-40 AFR table
