tapered boost about 1.4psi from 6500 to redline. increased spool between gears 2 3rd gear and 1 idle

idle logs 1st log- in gear, A/C off 2nd log- in park, A/C on 3rd log- in park, A/C off

Idle drops when rolling to a stop. Rpm setpoint is 950. The car stayed in this weird state at 700rpm almost as if it was off. Gas pedal didn't do anything. Despite 700rpm being a perfectly well idle rpm setpoint, the car audibly and physically felt like it was struggling to stay running which is odd because the logs doesn't show anything I can pinpoint as out of whack.
