Just replaced fuel pump filter and pump to basket hose, 4th gear 2k-5k

Very rare misfires on both banks have not misfired in the last 20 pulls though, have noticed backfiring when driving, as well as lurching paired with lambda bank surges under 1-5% throttle. Under WOT most pulls feel very good, with slight skips at most. Car has been sitting for a few months due to seizures.
